18 years or older
2 or more years professional childcare experience
High school graduate
Non-smoker
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
3 References from previous employers
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Certified in Pediatric CPR & First Aid OR willing to be certified before beginning new position
Fluent in English
Willing to be paid legally per IRS guidelines
Passionate about working with children
Be able to make one year commitment to a family (long-time placements only)
