Six Simple Steps
Step One – Family Application
We want to get to know you! Our family application helps us learn more about you and what you are looking for. This helps us find the perfect fit for your family!
Step Two – Meet
We’ll meet with you in person or over Zoom to get to know you better, walk you through our process, and answer any questions you have! We’ll also provide you with resources to help you make interviewing and hiring easier.
Step Three – Candidate Search
After reviewing all applicants, we will provide you with a list of three for you to interview. You can rest easy knowing that each and every candidate we present to you will be fully screened! Each candidate has a profile that will give you background on their experience and qualifications.
Step Four – Interviewing
Set up interviews with the candidates we’ve provided! This is your chance to see how well you connect with the different candidates and who might be the best fit for you! We will be there every step of the way, listening to feedback and ensuring a positive interview experience.
Step Five – Negotiations & Hire
Once you have found the right fit for you, we will help you create an offer! Once you and the candidate reach an agreement, we’ll send you a contract to finalize your offer and connect you with our payroll partners.
Step Six – Support
We don’t leave you stranded after placing a candidate with you, we provide ongoing support! Whether it’s informing you of continuing education opportunities that you might want your nanny to attend, answering questions, or giving you helpful information about new laws regarding household staff, we’ve got you covered!
